Special Needs Database Possible Error Message when you try to us it:

Microsoft Access cannot open this file
This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. 
Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems.
To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location.


Solution for use:
From inside Microsoft Access Program:
(1)  File - Open
(2)  Highlight  sndb2007a
(3)  Right Click - Properties
(4)  From the General tab: click on unblock
(5)  Click on Apply
(6)  Click on OK

It is now ready for use.
